We believe in going to the source whenever possible and for color that means Pantone. Every season they work with designers months before the collections and plan what the next hot colors are going to be. Okay, that sounds a bit over the top but it is like my favorite scene from "The Devil Wears Prada" where Miranda tells Andi the derivation of her blue cable knit sweater.
But why should the designers have all the fun! We sewists can make use of that info too. While designers will commision fabrics we probably don't need to go that far. So in the Stash section retailers show you what they have to offer in some of these colors. Now you really can work like a designer!
