Here in the states it is the day before Thanksgiving. A time when people are rushing to visit family (may you all go and come back safe and sound) and the mad dash of the holidays begins.

At SEWN we have a special reason to say thanks. When all of this started we thought we had a good idea of what we wanted to see in a magazine but as these things go, you're never sure what is needed till you put it out there. Well, as we have been told repeatedly in your comments we have hit the nail on the head! Our subscriber list has doubled in the last 5 days! So a big THANK YOU to everyone of you, and welcome to those that have recently signed up.

I've been doing a lot of searching on the internet lately for various things and something I came across that I adore is a blog and website called [url]www.u-handbag.com[/url] Lisa has amazingly clear tutorials that make handbag creation "doable" for everyone, while not acting like she is talking to idiots.
